**Contract duration: TWELVE (12) MONTHS CONTRACT**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Animation, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a

related field.
- 2- or 3-Years’ Proven Experience in Animation
- Production, preferably in a Digital Content Creation or
- Creative Agency Environment
- Experience Managing Animation Projects
- Compliance and Controls
- Demonstrated proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects,

Blender, Autodesk Maya, or similar tools
- Proven experience as animation production, preferably in a digital content

creation or creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting

software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Duties**:

- Designing and conducting training programs to enhance the animation skills of

team members within the UL Digital Hub.
- Providing hands-on guidance and support throughout the animation production

process.
- Ensuring that animations produced meet the high-quality standards expected

by UL Digital Hub
- Streamlining animation workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members,

stakeholders, and other departments involved in animation projects.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of animation projects, including project

plans, progress reports, and post-mortem analyses.
- Supporting the professional growth of team members by identifying training

opportunities, mentoring junior animators, and fostering a culture of continuous

learning within the animation team.
- Ensuring compliance with UL Digital Hub's policies, standards, and best

practices related to animation production, including copyright laws, brand

guidelines, and data security protocols.
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their animation

requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any feedback

or concerns throughout the production process.
