Construction Foreman

We are a Cape Town based construction company looking to employ the
services of a Foreman/Driver with the ability to carry out General maintenance work when required

Previous experience with construction companies will be a distinct
advantage.

Minimum Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years experience
- Valid drivers license
- Mobile phone

Skills & Experience:

- Supervisor
- Site Management
- Experienced in finishes
- Carpentry experience
- Setting out of duties
- Prioritizing duties
- Ordering of material utilized on site
- Planning of work ahead and keeping to planning schedule
- Recording of completed works
- Recording of hours worked by each employee
- Experience with white boxing

3 month contract with possibility of becoming permanent

**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month
