Working as a Strategy and Operations Analyst within our FinTech Operations Group offers the chance to collaborate with colleagues based in Europe and Africa solving real world problems that have a huge scale of social impact across Africa.

**What does this role look like;**:

- **_ Analysis of Digital Financial Services Data_**_ - supporting strategic initiatives with detailed research and analysis across, sales, marketing and pricing._
- **_ Dashboards_**_ - Complex dashboards that cut across segments to help drive Business efficiency and performance._
- **_ Identify Opportunities -_**_ Deliver insightful presentations that help shape commercial decisions in our FinTech group._
- **_ Problem Solving - _**_advising and researching on complex business problems that affect our retention and sales efforts._
