**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Solutions Analyst to join our talent pool of specialised resources for future dated projects. As a Solutions Analyst at CIBA Industries, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by analysing complex business challenges and developing innovative solutions to address them. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, design effective strategies, and implement solutions that drive business growth and success.

**Key Skillsets we're looking for**:

- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs, business processes, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive solutions that leverage technology, data analytics, and strategic insights to address client challenges and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including software developers, data scientists, and project managers, to design and implement customised solutions.
- Lead the testing and validation of solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, troubleshooting issues, and optimising performance as needed.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance our offerings and deliver maximum value to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in IT industry.
- Background in Banking industry.
- 4 years of experience in API specification and design, Postman, Jira and Confluence, Agile, UML and MS Video.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering solutions to meet business needs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, data analysis techniques, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
