Call Centre Consultant

**Main purpose of the job**:
The successful applicant will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through inbound and outbound telephonic selling and will be required to actively sell funeral services within a pressurized environment.

**Key responsibilities**:
Â- Conduct outbound calls and selling funeral services products

Â- Will have to be proven closers with ability to convince clients to accept product

Â- Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise

Â- Be comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targets

Â- Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality

Â- Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically

Â- Attention to detail

**Minimum Requirements**:
Â- MS Office literate

Â- Excellent communication both verbal and written

Â- Computer literacy in both MS Word Excel Cooperative and empathetic to colleagues and customers

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Â- Grade 12 /Matric

Â- Credit Criminal Clear

Â- Experience in funeral services to a large retail client base

Â- Must be within the 2-year period after being registered

**Salary**: R3,000.00 - R4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brits, North West: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (required)
