**Introduction**

To provide leadership and direction to maximise sales and minimise losses through outstanding customer care (including technical product knowledge) within designated departments, while contributing to the overall performance of our Interactive Counters. In addition, together with the Category, ROG and Store partner’s drive greater synergies, ensure chain store image and disciplines are adhered to within the Region

**Job description**
- Translate the Interactive strategy into effective selling solutions that is enabled, supported and integrated into stores and store leadership
- Effectively lead, initiate the delivery and communication of the category initiatives/projects from inception to completion in stores, on behalf of the Interactive category
- Maximise tactical selling strategies to optimise Interactive category seasonal trade performance through the effective translation & enablement of the ILF into the face of foods.
- Liaise with Interactive Category departments on the planning and implementation of promotions, new stores and category launches in line with the Integrated Launch Calendar
- Develop, roll-out, maintain and improve technical standards of the Interactive Counter in Stores
- Ensure compliance of all Food Safety, Quality & Due Diligence Processes in Store
- Develop relationships within store structure
- Ownership of equipment asset register - (ensure management of replacement, maintenance, capacity etc) at regional level
- Conduct regular store visits, review and analyze sales trends, internally, locally and implement tactical selling strategies to optimize in season trade performance.
- Ensure the delivery of agreed macro and micro space and merchandising principles in line with category strategies.
- Continuously improve the Interactive category merchandising and proactively seek opportunities to drive category and business growth.
- Verification of technical compliance through monitoring and evaluation processes including testing, audits and reviews for each store
- Consult with suppliers and food technologists within the WW Foods Group to leverage knowledge and support related to product, processes and technological information.

**Minimum requirements**
- Extensive Foods store/HO retail experience (6 years)
- Knowledge of store operations, customer profiles, locations and competitors
- Understanding of Foods Supply Chain principles and processes
- Production Planning/forecasting skills - ability to analyse, interpret and implement
- Ability to engage at all levels of our business and external stakeholders
- Networking, presentation and integration skills
- A team player with strong leadership skills
- Demonstrate strategic intent and integrated approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- Effective analytical and problem-solving ability
