**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to stimulate and engage young minds.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive learning environment for children.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured learning activities.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's growth and development.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field.
- Valid first aid certification.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or similar setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
