In this role you will be responsible for managing the operational administration processes and procedures of a Depot. You will also be responsible for managing operations of the warehouse and distribution function.
To ensure administrative and financial control at the Depot.
- Manage Operational Administration processes and procedures
- Reporting and analysis of operational administrative efficiency (Only applicable to Hermanus)
- Managing distribution (Only applicable to Hermanus)
- Inventory control and reporting
- Supervise Team
- Ad Hoc responsibilities
- SHEQ Responsibilities
Skills, Experience & Education
- Minimum of a 3-year National Diploma (NQF6) in Accounting or Business preferably
- 2 - 3 years’ financial administrative experience
- Supervisory experience
- Experience overseeing warehouse/ operations advantageous
- SAP experience advantageous
- MS Office proficient
- Administrative skills
- Valid Code driver's licence
