The medical doctor has to be registered with the HSPCA.
Doctor will have their own office space at the Clinic
Clinic will manage the submissions

**Job Duties**
- Clinical psychiatrists will be responsible for analyzing a patient's mental health status and providing the necessary treatment.
- Possibly admit patients to hospitals, order tests, prescribe medication or recommend therapy.
- Held regular discussions with patients to diagnose mental disorders or assess a patent's response to treatment.
- Report to the Practice Manager
