Cin7 Core Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Cin7 Core Administrator** to join our warehouse team. If you're committed to excellence and pay exceptional attention to detail, we may be looking for you.
- Duties and responsibilities include:_
- Create and manage user accounts for employees involved in inventory management, order processing, and e-commerce operations
- Set up and configure Cin7 Core to align with the specific needs of business and warehouse
- Create and manage product listings, including SKUs, descriptions, pricing, and variations
- Monitor stock levels, set reorder points, and handle stock transfers between warehouses as necessary
- Regularly update pricing and promotional information in Cin7 Core to ensure consistency across all Takealot accounts
- Ensure efficient order processing, including order creation, payment processing, and shipping management
- Set up and manage integrations between Cin7 Core and e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, accounting software, and other relevant systems
- Generate and analyze reports within Cin7 Core to gain insights into inventory performance, sales trends, and customer behavior
- Provide training and support to employees using Cin7 Core, including new user onboarding and ongoing training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- IT related qualification advantageous
- 2+ years of experience as an administrator on Cin7 Core or similar warehouse inventory management system
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with customer service and sales highly advantageous
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

**Salary**: From R6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Honeydew, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
