Operative buy and Build Chief Financial Officer

**Objective**: To lead and manage the financial aspects of the company’s buy and build strategy, ensuring financial stability and growth through effective mergers and acquisitions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**: Guide the company’s financial strategy, aligning it with the overall buy and build approach. Act as a key advisor to the CEO and board on financial implications of business decisions.

**Mergers and Acquisitions**: Lead and manage all aspects of M&A activities. This includes identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, overseeing integration, and measuring post-acquisition performance.

**Financial Management**: Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. Ensure efficient capital allocation and manage cash flow to support acquisition strategies.

**Risk Management**: Identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks associated with M&A activities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

**Stakeholder Management**: Communicate effectively with investors, board members, and other stakeholders. Provide clear and transparent financial reporting and insights.

**Team Leadership**: Build and lead a high-performing financial team. Mentor and develop team members to support the company’s growth and acquisition plans.

**Integration Management**: Ensure smooth financial integration of acquired companies, aligning processes, systems, and cultures to achieve synergy and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CFO in a buy and build environment.
- Strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading M&A activities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: Up to R200,000.00 per month
