**We are a family focused Roadhouse restaurant based in East London looking for a young, vibrant and energetic manager to join us. You will work closely with the owner and all staff ensuring excellent customer service.**
**Minimum Requirements**:
**Matric and or relevant tertiary qualifications**
**3 to 5 years working experience in a similar role**
**Neat and presentable**
**Fully bilingual**
**Must be willing to work shifts**
**Detail oriented**
**Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and be able to handle a lot of pressure**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Working in conjunction with the owner, you will be responsible for**:
**All managerial duties - opening and closing, overseeing staff, ensuring stock levels are maintained, training of new staff, ensuring customer satisfaction etc.
