You will support the provision of excellent claims handling services for members which is trusted and valued and provides fair treatment outcomes, by managing a case load of claims files and using expert knowledge and judgement to formulate strategies in order to advise and guide members on relevant processes, ensuring an excellent member service is provided.
**Role Responsibility**:
You will have experience handling medical negligence claims in either the Insurance or Legal world. However, what really is important is that we want you to be as dedicated and passionate about representing our Members as we are. We need more great people to join our existing team who put our Members at the heart of everything we do. **Package Description**:
21 days leave plus 12 bank holiday days Private Medical allowance 12% company pension contribution (3% from the individual) Performance related bonus up to 15% (for permanent roles)
