RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Conduct analysis of various data sets of standards to medium complexity, and add value to information received to establish if there are reasonable grounds for disclosure to relevant stakeholders
Contextualize information according to the Clients needs and prepare relevant reports, including the creation of charts and graphics, to explain findings in matters where there is a suspicion of crime or actual crime and present to clients
Interpret information from various systems and records and evaluate information in the context of possible crimes being committed and present to clients
Compile expert reports to relay findings in relation to analyses processes followed and implemented
Attend Crime combating forums and represent company/division at meetings with clients
Assist and support in the investigation, arrest, and prosecution of perpetrators
Attend product and skills workshops as and when required
Provide expert testimony on work performed at judicial hearings
Capturing & updating of crime information on various databases and compilation & distribution of advanced crime reports & statistics and general office administration
Assist and support investigators/managers/clients regarding crime information
Feedback on requests and queries within reasonable time
General office administration duties
Mentoring and supervising duties to forensic data administrators (all levels)
Manage and maintain client service level agreement and output expectation
Training and mentoring of forensic data administrators
Responsible for basic office administration of forensic data administrators (All Levels)
Compile and performance appraisals of Snr Forensic data administrators
Manage dedicated division workloads between forensic data administrators (All Levels)
Analysis of Crime information and compilation and presentation of crime reports and/or risk analysis reports
REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS / ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS
Working experience in any of the following related fields: Law Enforcement / Intelligence / Risk Management / Crime information environment
Report writing skills / presentation skills
Pass assessment tests relevant to Attention to detail / General data entry (UK) / General aptitude / Advanced copy typing and understanding instructions
Minimum of 24 years experience in data capturing
Minimum of 15 years experience in forensic data analysis
Minimum of 2-4 years experience in compiling and dealing with crime statistical reports
Clean criminal and ITC record (Will be submitted to a polygraph and background test)
Excellent communication and client relations skills
Experience in report writing & presentation skills
Experience as a forensic data analyst will be an advantage

Excellent written, verbal communication, report writing and presentation skills

Well versed in observing and assessing information (Analytical thinking)
Ability to plan, organize, and supervise the work of others
Leadership & management skills (Emotional intelligence, adaptability, resilience & problem-solving skills)
Ability to nurture beneficial business relations
Experience training in Ciims PRO/Analyst notebook and/or other analytical tools will be an advantage
Required to work overtime from time to time
Required to travel from time to time
Own Reliable Transport
Package: R47 400.00 TCTC per month depending on experience and qualifications
