Our client, Overhex Private Cellar, situated in Worcester, has an exciting position available for an energetic and dynamic Assistant Winemaker, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join their team and assist in delivering on strategic and quality objectives of the cellar.

**Essential qualifications, skills and experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Viticulture & Oenology;
- Minimum 1-2 years' winemaking experience;
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, WineMS);
- Experience with IPW & SAWIS will be advantageous;
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans);
- Own reliable transport and valid driver's license.
- Commencement date: January 2024._
