- A paralegal qualification would be beneficial
- At least 3 years' experience
- Ability to use LegalSuite, or at least be a quick learner
- Opening transfer files
- Loading information accurately
- Liaising with clients and estate agents
- Following up on compliance certificates
- Making appointments and problem-solving
- Professional demeanour
