**Job Summary**
Responsible for grinding, sanding, and polishing objects made out of stainless steel. Uses cloth, hand tools, and power tools to ensure the desired finish. Inspects for flaws or cracks.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Grind, sand, and polish of stainless-steel welded joints.
- Correct defects.
- Prepare surface for further finishing.
- Mark cracks and splits for repair.
- Polish and grind materials according to specifications.
**Prerequisites**:
Able to speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language.
Discuss work topics, activities, or problems with co-workers, supervisors, or managers.
**Experience**:
Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience working in a similar capacity in a service industry.
