Rand Healthcare Partners is an independently owned vertically integrated Healthcare group that prioritizes "total patient care" throughout its operations. The group acquires, develops, and funds Healthcare ventures in Southern Africa.

Rand Healthcare Partners is engaged in a venture that is consolidating, developing and funding Healthcare companies in major hubs in Southern Africa.

We are assembling a world class board of directors to lead this venture. Executive directors should be experienced Healthcare professionals who are registered with the SA health professions council with prior experience - at an executive level - in primary, secondary, or tertiary care.

Board directors will receive an annual compensation package which consists of an annual directors fee, bonus, dividends, and equity in the holding company. Details of which will be discussed individually.

**Salary**: R1,500,000.00 - R2,500,000.00 per year
