Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of retail merchandising? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for data management? Boxer Superstores is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at the Head Office as a Buying Admin Clerk.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric certificate is essential.
- No previous experience required - we'll provide comprehensive training.
- Familiarity with Bomm system and in-house merchandise system is advantageous.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Basic mathematics skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
- Deadline-driven mentality to keep pace with our fast-paced environment.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Data Capture**: Your role will involve capturing crucial data including pricing, deals, jab orders, supplier listings, product listings, linking, ranging, and trade agreements. You'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in updating logs on our Buying IRM system.
- **Checking of Data Capture**: You'll meticulously print reports and verify data capture entries against these reports, ensuring the integrity of our data.
- **Filing**: Organization is key You'll be allocated files by the Buyer and will meticulously file them by OTRS sequence. Additionally, you'll maintain electronic records of all price lists and deals, contributing to the smooth flow of operations.
- **General**: You'll be the go-to person for queries and will play a vital role in assisting with the training of new staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative environment.
