**Job Opportunity: Edge Band Operator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Adjust machine settings, such as speed and temperature, to achieve desired results.
- Inspect and maintain edge banding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or product quality.
- Collaborate with other production team members to meet manufacturing targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety and compliance protocols.
- Experience operating edge banding machinery or similar equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- At least 3 - 4 years of experience in a manufacturing industry
- Reside in Parow or nearby
- Working hours (Monday to Thursday) 07:30 - 16:30, Fridays 07:30 - 14:15 (this might change based on company discretion.
- Criminal Clear record
