Dispatch Supervisor

We are looking for an **experienced Dispatch Supervisor with product knowledge on building material** for our Silver Lakes branch.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Min 5 years Yard and Dispatch coordination/supervision experience
Code 10 Drivers License / Forklift / Bobcat
Proven track record with contactable references
Computer Literate
Excellent product knowledge - building materials

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Coordinating Yard functions and procedures**

**Coordinating Deliveries**

Maintain company standards by ensuring adherence to dress codes, systems and procedures, safety regulations, timekeeping and attendance

Staff discipline

Promote teamwork

Improve/monitor staff morale

Keep casual attendance registers

Check invoices of goods received within the yard

Stock Control

Monitor stock availability

Deal with customer complaints

Create positive and ongoing customer awareness

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Dispatch Supervisor: 3 years (required)
- Hardware Sales: 5 years (preferred)
