**About the Role**:
**Requirements**:
Relevant Tertiary Degree / MBA in a field that requires strong analytical and logical thinking such as Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Finance.
Additional certifications or coursework in areas that demonstrate left-brain abilities, such as data analysis, project management, or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Experience in any of the following industries: digital, e-commerce, e-business, Fintech, online betting, gaming, OR any other similar industry is preferred.
5 - 7+ years’ experience in a senior role managing cross-functional teams and projects
Experience in using technology and software solutions to implement best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
Time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of financial, operational, and market factors that impact organizational performance.
Deep understanding of business processes, automation, customer experience, and innovation to meet deliverables.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools that emphasize systematic, data-driven approaches (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to navigate change and respond effectively to evolving business needs and priorities.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
Conduct regular briefings to the CEO on key developments, industry news, and competitor actions
Drive best-in-class practices across the organization by researching, identifying, and implementing industry-leading methodologies, systems, and processes to continuously improve efficiency, performance, and innovation.
Oversee and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and effective execution of priorities.
Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proactively addressing potential issues before they escalate.
Provide support to the executive team in decision-making processes, offering data-driven insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of executive presentations, reports, and communications.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
