Our client specializes in asset management is looking for a Disabled Receptionist to join their team in Claremont.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent

SECTOR : Reception

START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate

**DUTIES**:

- Meet and greet guests
- Answer calls in a professional manner
- Take messages correctly
- Make coffee and tea in the absence of the tea ladies and display it neatly
- Set up boardrooms
- Manage boardrooms and ensure that meetings do not run over its time
- Clear up the boardrooms after meetings
- Post and courier arrangements
- Update birthday and staff contact lists regularly
- Process parking tickets
- Order ink for all printers
- Complete groceries expenditure weekly
- Assist staff with ad hoc duties
- Make sure all aircons are working correctly
- Call and update maintenance suppliers’ contact details
- Order stationery and monitor stationery levels and requirements
- Order coffee, biscuits and water for office
- Type out a daily meeting roster for the tea ladies
- Check up on tea ladies
- Arrange catering for client due diligence meetings
- Arranging car wash for staff
- Work late if guests are running late, when required
- Hand out mail on a daily basis
- Ensure that office is neat and tidy and plants are well taken care of
- Organise tags for new staff and those who have lost their tags
- Check the printer’s paper three times a day
- Maintain the office medicine supply

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Matric and a Diploma / Certificate
- Punctual
- Reliable, hardworking and pay attention to detail
- Self-motivated and independent
- Professional attire and manner
- Polite and well spoken
- Willing to learn and grow in the role

**HOURS**:

- 08:00 - 17:00
