**REQUIREMENTS**:

- B-Tech degree in Somatology or equivalent and higher.
- Industry related experience
- Assessors and or Moderators
- Bilingual - Afrikaans and English
- Computer literate: specific online class platforms e.g., Google Classroom
- SAAHSP and or CIDESCO Diploma

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assess, record, and analyse the achievement of students
- Facilitate students’ learning in WIL/workplace settings and encourage active learning to facilitate the development of clinical competence
- Curriculum development
- Student Supervision and Support
- Administration
- Quality Assurance

PERSONAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:

- Good interpersonal skills
- Good administrative and time management skills
- Must have good people skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Crisis management
