**QC Intern Required**

Assist in Providing Quality Oversight in operational activities, equipment and personnel to ensure real-time compliance to procedures, instructions, contemporaneous data integrity and other EU-GMP requirements, including participation in rapid response approach to address deviations.

**Key Responsibilities**

COMPLIANCE - EU-GMP & QMS

Comply with the requirements of European Union Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Laboratory Practice and the requirements of the applicable Safricanna QMS Policies in providing quality oversight support to the production:
Assist with implementation and monitoring of Quality Management System

Assist with performing real time process records review to improve right first time.

Maintain the integrity of the checks done on site and report any Non Conformance

Identify any documentation errors and report to the Master Grower or area managers for corrections to be made in real time.

Ensure that applicable SOPs are followed and required records are completed in accordance with data integrity principles.

Support operational RCAs including customer complaints and deviation investigations.

Assist with assessment and write up of deviation investigations, associated CAPA effectiveness and trending of deviations.

Assist in Perform Self inspection to establish level of compliance

Participle in external Audits and completion of Audit finding report

Support GxP refresher training for operations (including Data Integrity)

Assist with Microbiological monitoring

Support operations team to ensure cleanliness of working and surrounding areas.

Coach Production personnel on GMP requirement, quality issues and ensure noncompliance to GMP are addressed on timely manner.

Ensure an area returns to standard in a controlled manner after a safety, quality or performance/output deviation/incident.

**Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required**

**Minimum Level of Education**

Diploma in Pharmaceutical or any Science related qualification requiring Job Exposure

**Job-Related Experience**

Entry Level

Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems and GMP, including local SAHPRA requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Permanent
