This job requires an applicant with experience in managing the affairs of bodies corporate of residential and commercial properties in the following manner.

Prepare budgets to determine levies and contributions to the admin and maintenance reserve funds, payable by owners in respect of their PQ's of ownership within that complex.

Prepare monthly levy runs and send out statements to owners.

Capture all receipts and payments appearing in the bank accounts.

Arrange trustees meetings and Annual General Meetings and co-ordinate the proceedings and the taking of minutes at such meetings.

Prepare all AGM Packs for distribution and notify owners of the date and time of such meetings

Looking after the enjoyment of the owners of their properties.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Property management: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English and Afrikaans (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
