**Requirements**:

- 2 -3 years proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4/5-star establishment.
- Proficiency in night auditing processes and generating financial reports.
- Familiarity with property management systems and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, manage room availability, and handle VIP arrivals/departures.
- Positive attitude with exemplary customer service skills.
- Physically fit to handle heavy luggage and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay focused under pressure.
- Professional demeanour with a commitment to guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts, balancing cash drawers, and preparing financial summaries.
- Check front office records for accuracy and compile daily property performance reports.
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, handle luggage, and provide exceptional hospitality.
- Review room availability, manage early arrivals/departures, and handle wake-up calls efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Handle unexpected situations overnight with professionalism and initiative.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
