**Responsibilities**
- Setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals.
- Detailed sales reports tracking.
- Customer Experience focused
- Building (recruit, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring) a team of salespeople to help drive revenue.
- Design and implement a strategic sales business plan and processes.
- Expand company’s customer base.
- Forecasting sales and creating reports.
- Excellent Knowledge of CRM and KPI systems.
- Sales data analysis.
- Writing training manuals or other reference documents for sales teams

**Requirements and skills**
- Qualification in business administration or a related field essential
- Excellent Marketing skills, Digital marketing advantageous
- Presentation skills
- Previous experience essential with a strong sales track record
- Deep understanding of customer psychology and sales process
- Excellent Technology and Digital Skill Set.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Thorough understanding of the sales lead generation process.
- Understanding manufacturing production processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
