**About the position**

The converting Learner will work closely with experienced process teams to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in various aspects of converting operations. Participate in on-the-job training programs to learn about converting processes, equipment, and procedures. Learn and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Assist in the assembly, production, and packaging of products according to specifications. Learn to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

- Grade 12 / Matric
- Previous working experience within FMCG will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Manufacturing - Safety and Product Quality compliance
- Academic results above 50% in their final year
- A Learner who wants to pursue a career within a Supply Chain/Manufacturing/FMCG environment.
- Committed team player, outspoken, willing to learn, results-oriented, attention to detail, self-starter.
