We are looking for a **Technical Specialist: Hygiene & Quality Management Systems** in STELLENRYK BUILDING, CONSTANTIA PARK, 16TH STREET, MIDRAND, JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG 1685 ZAF. Your mission will be to:
We currently have a vacancy for a Technical Specialist: Hygiene & Quality Management Systems in our Gauteng branch. This position is for you if you are enthusiastic, have a well-presented personality with natural people skills, a passion for imparting knowledge and Food Safety & QMS experience.

**Amongst other things you will be responsible for**:
Presenting of all training courses offered by MXNS SA, to the highest standard.
Assist with customizing training material or development of new training courses, when required.
Conduct Hygiene, Food Safety & Quality Management System assessments at client premises in a professional manner
Conduct problem solving/ consulting at customer premises
Assist with sampling including submitting samples to the laboratory, and incorporating results in the assessment report
Planning, scheduling and executing assessments/sampling/problem solving at client premises. Including compilation of reports.
Ensuring best-in-class service and interaction is provided for MXNS SA training clients.
Identification of market needs, based on industry trends and client feedback, in collaboration with the Technical Sales team.
Job-specific administration, including invoicing, reporting and marking.
Conducting implementation and document support consultations
Participation in various networking opportunities and other ad-hoc tasks as they relate to the Expert Services department.

**What we are looking for**

A broad knowledge of hygiene, food safety and quality management systems.
A minimum of 5 years experience in Hygiene, Food Safety and Quality Management Systems in processing/manufacturing industries is required for this role.
Excellent presentation, report writing, inter-personal and communication skills are a must.
This position will require travel, therefore a valid driver’s license and access to your own transport are crucial.
Practical experience in conducting supplier and internal audits (from planning, to execution and reporting) will be advantageous.
While not mandatory for this role, the ability to speak Xhosa and/or Zulu will be beneficial.

**YOUR PROFILE**

ND or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Nutrition or related fields.
