**Company Description**

ADULT PROGRAMME FOR PEOPLE WITH AUTISM is a centre located in Johannesburg. We are a day centre that implements a programme for adults over the age of 18 with Autism, who have left the school environment, and need additional support. We are based in Craighall Park, and Blairgowrie. We run a structured daily programme of activities and learning programmes that support Autism. Our mission is to empower individuals with Autism to reach their full potential and live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning Support Facilitator for our Day Programme. The Learning Support Facilitator will be responsible for implementing the daily programme with our participants. This includes facilitating learning activities, developing appropriate learning resources, assisting with daily living skills, providing emotional support, and promoting independence. The Learning Support Facilitator will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the needs of our participants are met.

**Qualifications**

Entry Requirements:

- A tertiary qualification in Psychology or a related field.
- **Specific experience in working with individuals with Autism**.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy.
- South African citizenship or valid work permit.
- Strong references.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
