TheTarget Group is looking to employ Floor Managersfor their various retail stores situated in North Coast and South Coast Regions.

Duties include but not limited to:
Increasing sales

Monitor sales performance by department, category, and item

Ensure best sellers are given the space and prominence

Ensure that in store merchandising maximises sales opportunity

Liaises with External Merchandise Providers

Ensure availability of stock.

Housekeeping standards are maintained

**Requirements**:
Matric

Relevant Tertiary qualification advantageous

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position

Attention to detail

Excellent Management Skills

Computer Literate
