Position: Car Salesman Salary: Negotiable
Location: Durban Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers.
- Guide customers through the sales process, providing detailed information on financing options, warranties, and additional services.
- Conduct negotiations and effectively close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and features.
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years of proven sales experience, with a preference for experience in the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation and closing abilities.
- High level of honesty and reliability.
- Sober habits.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
