Aftersales Manager

We are looking for a solid, committed, and diligent individual with motor industry parts and service management experience. Our client is a very well-established lifestyle dealership that forms part of a large, and rapidly growing independent motor group. You will be fully responsible for all operations, production, sales, staff, administration and reporting for the parts and service departments incorporating clothing merchandise and other vehicle accessories. It is essential that you have current management experience in a franchised motor dealership, excellent leadership skills and a can-do attitude.

**Job Requirements**
At least 3 years of Management experience in a franchised motor dealership. (Parts & Workshop)

Excellent leadership skills.

Attention to detail.

Working knowledge of a motor industry DMS (Drive, Evolve, Autoline etc.)

A stable work history

Reliable and contactable references
