**Purpose of the Role**:
The store has a Retail side, where new and second hand items can be bought, and a Buyshop side, where customers can sell their second hand goods to be sold on the retail side, or where customers can loan money against their second hand goods.

**The Buyer will work in the Buyshop and will buy second hand items from Customers or will loan money to Customers against their second hand goods. Buyers must also look online for second hand items to buy that will sell on the retail side.**

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Matric Certificate
- Fluent in English (Speak and Write)
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work under high pressure
- Must have an interest in technology and electronics
- Knowledge on wiping electronics (like iphones and accounts thereof).
- Knowledge on how technology and electronic products works, as it is tested by the Buyer before any buy or SSB is accepted.
- Knowledge of the laws of second hand trading will be beneficial
- Knowledge of laws of NCR will be beneficial
- Knowledge on how to look for second hand items to buy online is a requirement
- Drivers licence Code B will be a big advantage, as the store does house buys, and must drive the van to different locations to buy items from Customer’s premises
- Previous stock takes experience would be an advantage

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodstock, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
