Pharmacist- Mr Mayville

**Purpose of the Job**:
To assist in managing a Medirite pharmacy and, if necessary, take responsibility as the pharmacist in charge when required.

- People and enabling capacity management / Resourcing, Manage cross-functional relationships e.g. with prescribers, suppliers, Head Office, Store manager, Cash office.
- Resolve escalated operational issues; Budget management.

**LEADERSHIP**
- Staffing decisions.
- Developing and tutoring staff, interns, and assistants.
- Motivated and discipline team.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- BPharm / equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).

**Desirable**
- Registered tutor.

**Experience**:
**Desirable**
- Experience working in a retail pharmacy.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Dispensing knowledge.
- Knowledgeable with regard to pharmacy legislation.
- Customer service focused.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Sound numerical skills.
- Able to deal with pressure.
- Computer literate - MS Office.
