**Position Overview**:
As an Aesthetic Therapist (Beaugician) at The Laser Beautique, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing a variety of aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and more.
- Conducting consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients during treatments.
- Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new treatment techniques.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the regional team to drive revenue and sales targets.
- Lead and inspire a team of skilled beauty professionals.
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the branch.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Oversee inventory management and stock control.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry and our services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A recognized qualification in beauty therapy or somatology.
- Previous experience in performing aesthetic treatments.
- Knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional client care.
- The ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record in managing teams in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Proficiency in using salon management software.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
