Generator Technician

Our reputable **Alternative Energy Supplier** client is seeking a skilled **Generator Technician** to join their team in **Milnerton, Cape Town**.

**Salary**:
R 7000.00 per Month + Fuel

**Requirements**:

- MUST have a Valid Drivers license and own vehicle
- Matric
- N1 and N2 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Atleast2 years experience as a Generator Technician
- Atleast2 years’ experience in the Alternative Energy OR Energy industry
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

**Responsibilities**:

- Service generators.
- Fault finds.
- Repair generators.
- Maintanance.
- Performing voltage changes.
- Installations.
- Identify electrical, environmental, or safety hazards associated with solar installation.
- Measuring up arears for installation.
- Organize client visits.
- Grounding electrical equipment and checking wiring deal with practical.
- Technical workshop systems and equipment using a variety of technical equipment and tools.

**Salary**: R7 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Generator Technician: 2 years (required)
- Service generators.: 2 years (required)
- Fault finds.: 2 years (required)
- Performing voltage changes.: 2 years (required)
- Installatins of Generators: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Completed N1 and N2 in Electrical Engineering (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Milnerton, Western Cape (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Milnerton, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
