Experienced in Home Replacement Meals
- Managing department inventory, in-stock position, pricing integrity, merchandising, and other operational processes of the Deli Department to company standards
- Follow the Company sales and production planning standards and ensure that the deli department achieves the standards of performance outlined
- Ensure all new department associates receive proper training and supervision
- Kitchen safety techniques and health standards
- Set daily and weekly cleaning schedules for the kitchen, hire, train and discipline employees and set work schedules
- Keep tabs on food cost, waste and employee hours, doing their best to optimise profit

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 5-7 Years Experience working as a Deli Management
- Have own reliable transport
- Computer Literacy essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience managing a team
- Point of Sale Systems knowledge is desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Deli Management: 3 years (required)
