Fmcg Supervisors

**Position**:FMCG Supervisor

**Location**:Pretoria Far East, Gauteng

**Salary**:240K - 288K per annum

**Job Purpose**
- Supervise the end-to-end production process, incl. filling, drying, packing, wrapping, labelling of all boerewors/sausage, burgers, meatballs and pets mince.

**Reporting to**
- Senior Supervisor

**Output**:
**Production**
- Develop, review and implement efficient and effective procedures
- Process to optimize production.
- Responsible for the delivery of product according to a set standard, at a reasonable cost and productivity.
- Stock control management (stock rotation).
- Ensure product meets all customer requirements especially but not limited to product appearance, packing and labelling.
- Oversee that hygiene standards are applied throughout all process and procedures.
- Ensure that all procedures are implemented in accordance with legal requirements e.g. hygiene.

**People Supervision**
- Supervise and control subordinate's activities to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Supervise time and attendance of all subordinates.
- Ensure disciplinary procedures are applied adequately.
- Assure stable employee relations by managing conflict
- Creating a positive and performing working environment.

**Qualification details**
- Grade 12

**Experience**
- 2 - 5 years supervisory position in an FMCG/Manufacturing environment.
- Must have supervised a team of 30 - 50 indirect employees.
