Job Responsibilities:

- Liaises with relief operators on shift take over.
- Checks machine specifications against job card.
- Set up and operate specific laminating machine according to procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure quality checks are co-ordinated at regular intervals.
- Complete all required documentation for each shift cycle.
- Ensure finished products are properly labelled and packed/palletized.
- Check all machine functionality for any defects and report to superior or maintenance department.
- Maintain and ensure excellent housekeeping and health & safety measures.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures.

Qualification and Experience:

- Matric
- 5 years operation of Simplex and Super Combi laminating machines.
- Experienced in solventless and solventbased lamination.

Skills Required:

- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good decision-making skills
