- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Information Security, Computer Programming, or related field required
- **Must have AT LEAST 3+ years WORKING EXPERIENCE as a Data Analyst**:

- **Must have AT LEAST 3+ years WORKING EXPERIENCE in MIS**:

- Thorough understanding of networking systems
- Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations and meet the expected goals
- Focused on best practices and models that are used in the industry and can be helpful in meeting the expectations of the employees
- Good project management skills and ability to pay attention towards the qualitative and quantitative aspects
- Experienced in managing information systems projects
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- **Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in data analysis tools**:

- Knowledge of debt collection software and technology advantageous
- Compliance knowledge regarding the National Credit Act and related legislation advantageous

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From R30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Data Anlayst: 3 years (required)
- Advanced Excel: 3 years (required)
- Power BI: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
