**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently operate weighbridge equipment, strictly following SANS 10378 standards and guidelines.
- Perform thorough verification checks on incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with established regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate accurate and timely weighing processes.
- Maintain meticulous records of all weighed materials, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for auditing purposes.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, liaising with relevant departments to address issues related to the weighing process.
- Enforce safety protocols associated with weighbridge operations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Leverage quality systems expertise to enhance and optimize weighing processes.
- Provide outstanding customer service to drivers and stakeholders involved in the weighing process.
- Knowledge of operating punches and sealing pliers.
- Ensure punches and sealing plier inserts are changed at the end of each year.
