**Responsibilities**:
**Employee Onboarding and Offboarding**:

- Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations.
- Manage paperwork and documentation for new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews and process employee terminations.

**HR Records Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Generate and analyse HR reports as needed.

**Benefits Administration**:

- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Address employee inquiries related to benefits.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve benefit-related issues.

**Employee Relations**:

- Support the resolution of employee relations issues.
- Maintain open lines of communication with employees to address concerns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.

**Time and Attendance Management**:

- Oversee timekeeping systems and processes.
- Generate and review time and attendance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Recruitment Support**:

- Collaborate with recruiters in posting job openings.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and assessments.

**Training and Development**:

- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Track employee training and development activities.
- Support the implementation of professional development programs.

**Compliance**:

- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR processes adhere to legal requirements.
- Assist in preparing for audits and inspections.

**Qualifications and skills**:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
