Medical Bookkeeper - Medical Practice in Bryanston

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the billing department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Manage personal accounts of management, handling financial transactions, and maintaining records.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team effectively.
- Utilize basic accounting skills to maintain financial records and reconcile accounts.
- Implement strong credit control measures to minimize bad debts and improve cash flow.
- Utilize exceptional Excel skills to analyse data and generate reports for management review.
- Handle collections within the medical field, leveraging industry knowledge to optimize processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field, preferably in the medical industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Exceptional Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Experience with collections within the medical field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.

**Start Date**: As soon as possible

**Working Hours**:
Mondays to Fridays: 8AM - 5PM or 7AM - 4PM (depending on schedule), 2 Saturdays per month

**Remuneration**:
R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 CTC (Depending on experience. To be discussed during the interview process)

**Salary**: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
