**Duties includes, but not limited too;**
- Oversee all maintenance activities, including equipment repairs and building maintenance.
- Recruitment and training of new staff.
- Continuously check and inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs and address them before it becomes a problem.
- Must be able to take instruction from management.
- Physically carrying out relevant maintenance such as repairs, plumbing, welding, fencing and civil works in accordance with predetermined quality and productivity standards.
- Daily recording of maintenance works performed and maintenance needs.
- Assisting with the planning, scheduling and execution of technical tasks.
- Manage general workers.
- Schedule maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Driver’s License essential
- A minimum of five (5) years of practical and supervisory experience in a technical/maintenance field.
- A technical qualification in maintenance or a related field is preferred - Building & construction, Electrical, Airconditioning, Refrigeration, Plumbing or related Trade Certificate would be an added advantage.
- Basic general administration skills.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, building and plumbing systems,
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

Remuneration: Market Related & Based on Experience.
