Join our team as a Remote Support Desktop Support Technician

Key Requirements:

-      Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop, Server, and M365 Cloud environments
-      Experience with PC setup and configuration
-      Knowledge of general networking skills, printers, IP-based network devices, wireless networking, routers, and modems
-      Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
-      Experience with IP PBX
-      Ability to provide remote support and monitoring
