**WE ARE HIRING**
**JUNIOR UX DESIGNER & DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN**

**Responsibilities**:

- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Work with Graphic Designer to design banners for digital marketing
- Manage posts on all social media platforms
- Maintain social media presence across all digital channels
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Analyse marketing data

(campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for the platform
- Manage content platform and social media calendar
- You will have the opportunity to work with business operations, finance and other teams

**Requirements**:

- Relevant UX design qualification
- Digital marketing experience advantageous
- 1 to 2 years’ experience working with UX, UI and digital marketing related projects
- Knowledge of how to create prototypes and wireframes essential
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD
- 2D or 3D Animation background an advantage
- Have a good eye for design
- Ability to work across teams in different business units of the company

Must be based in Johannesburg

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rosebank, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- UX & Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
