The cluster focusses on retail products, as well as group schemes. What will you do?

Provide service/accurate processing/administering of requests from advisors/clients on the following:
New Business on boarding
Policy Administration
Reviews and updates insurance policies for clients to ensure accuracy
Reviewing policy information and cancellation documents received from financial organisations
Provide financial advice along with a financial plan in line with the customer value proposition and treating customers fairly framework
Update and inform customers and client public of our new products.
Writing letters to financial organisations
Sales Leads generation, leads qualification & sales
Providing effective support to intermediaries and clients
Provide accurate feedback to clients and intermediary
Policy Retentions What will make you successful in this role?

**Qualifications**:
Matric
RE5 Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Business Admin is an Advantage

**Experience & Knowledge**:
At least 2 years insurance administration and client service experience
At least 12 months industry experience within sales or marketing
Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel is essential.
Life Insurance Product knowledge
Knowledge of PPR Legislation(advantageous)
Experience in the Insurance industry an advantage
