**Daily Responsibilities**
- Liaising with traffic to discuss the day ahead, making sure team has correct briefs or re-assign jobs to fit in the day
- Reviewing briefs with traffic/Design/Content to ensure team member will be able to do the jobs as expected
- Assisting team with queries on briefs, reviews etc
- Assisting traffic with project plans for upcoming projects
- Managing CS and client expectations
- Managing the video team, ensuring they are on track with work, handling any issues they might have, be it work or personal related.

**Video Shoot Responsibilities**
- Receive initial costing brief from CS, Sales, Client or Concept
- Assess request and provide guidance or ask relevant questions to ensure we are able to provide accurate costing as well as if the request is do-able within the timeframe/budget given.
- Sit with production assistant and cost out job based on information provided, reaching out to suppliers
- Finding and identifying best outside freelance resources as per job requirement
- Identifying what video equipment is required for the job then liaising with the equipment supplier and ordering the correct equipment for the job.
- Review cost to ensure it is adequate and will cover productions alongside client expectation. Then revert to CS, Sales, Client or Concept. Once costs have been approved, create a shot list/storyboard based on brief alongside videographer.
- Assist Content in scripting (when VO or radio is involved) to make sure timings and delivery pace is correct.
- Sit with Design to ensure they are aligned with the video/animation requirements
- Create call sheet for shoot day and share with relevant parties
- Ensure all suppliers have been booked and confirmed for shoot day.
- On shoot day assist with setup and pre-shoot briefings with crew
- Direct the shoot as per the storyboard, being agile on the day to make sure all relevant footage is captured.
- Post shoot - copy across footage to hard drive, making backups as well.
- Upload footage to Google Drive in the evening and share link with Video Editor
- If no shoot is required but the client has provided RAW footage, then evaluate the footage received, provide feedback to client on footage.

**Animation Responsibilities**
- Review brief with CS, Client or Concept and cost accordingly
- Assist Content with timing and delivery on script
- Work with Design on look, feel and pacing for eventual animation
- If VoiceOver is required, work with production assistant to check recording studio availability and pencil book times
- Assist with recommending a Voice Over Artist if one is not requested
- If international VO is required, then find examples of VO Artists on Fivver and present options to clients.
- On the day, direct Voice Over Artist in studio
- If it’s a Fivver VO booking, then make payment with assistance from Ops and write out a brief and direction for the VO artist
- Brief audio final mix on requirements

**Radio Responsibilities**
- Review brief with CS, Client or Concept and cost accordingly
- Check recording studio availability and pencil book times with production assistant
- Assist Content with timing and delivery on script
- Assist with recommending a Voice Over Artist if one is not requested

On the day, direct Voice Over Artist in studio
- Brief audio final mix on requirements

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Assist CS with briefs, guiding them on correct information required
- Assist Concept with ideation for videos when required
- Directly dealing with client on occasions to manage expectations, request changes to original brief or educate client in video for them to better understand the process
- Review and QA video edits to ensure brief has been met
- Handling quarterly performance reviews with the team.
- Dealing directly with the UK team, assisting in all video work, mostly editing at this stage
- Provide guide VO reads for animator or editor based on script
- When receiving a brief, be able to pre-empt any issues or concerns early so it can be raised with CS and clients.
- Manage current video related subscriptions and advise on new technologies that will improve the video team
- General video/audio/animation problem solving across the board.
